1. Set static IP for sMS-200. 
<e.g>:
    * IP - 10.0.0.2
    * subnet - 255.255.255.0
    * gateway - 10.0.0.1

2. Set static IP for your PC, too.
<e.g>:
    * IP - 10.0.0.1
    * subnet - 255.255.255.0
    * gateway - empty
